All sales are final unless one of the following exceptions is met:
Faulty, damaged or incorrect merchandise
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please notify us at mellowhangsuite.com for review. Depending on the issue, we can offer an exchange if the item is available.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, send us an email at mellowhangsuite.com with your name. We will be happy to assist you.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be unworn and unwashed without body odor or fragrance. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you an exchange.
